Circular bronze medal with four scallops, creating the impression of a cross pattée alisée, with laterally pierced ball suspension; the face with the heads of King Petar I (left) and King Alexander I circumscribed ‘ПРОСПАВАД ВАДЕСЕТПЕТО ГОАИШЊИЦЕ ОСЛОБОЋЕЊА ЈУЖНЕ СРБИЈЕ’ (Commemoration of the twenty-fifth Anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Serbia), signed ‘КОВНИЦА А Д’ (Kovnitza A.D.); the reverse with a sword breaking a chain, a radiant rising sun beyond and dated ‘1912’ and ‘1937’; a scratch across the face and neck of King Alexander; on replaced correct trifold ribbon. The medal was created in 1937 in commemoration of the incorporation into Serbia of Kosovo and northern Macedonia after the First and Second Balkan Wars of 1912 and 1913.
