What does it cost?
We’ve kept it as simple as possible. £6 per order to any of the countries worldwide we ship to.
The shipping cost is per order, so it won’t increase, however many
items you buy - it’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ for
buying multiple items.
Is insurance included?
Yes, the cost includes insurance.
How are my items shipped?
To addresses within the UK, shipping is by Royal Mail Special Delivery
next day™ service.
We use Royal Mail Airsure® to the 28 countries and territories* that
operate it. This service electronically tracks and traces every packet
to your door.
For non-Airsure countries**, shipping is by Royal Mail International
Signed For® Airmail service. As the name implies, your signature is
required to confirm receipt.
For unusually large or valuable orders, we may exceptionally make alternative
courier delivery arrangements.
*Airsure countries and territories are: Andorra,
Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark,
Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein,
Luxembourg, Madeira, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal,
Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA
** We regret that we do not ship to countries where
postal services may be unreliable. This is reflected in the available
choice of destination countries on our order page.
How long does it take?
The services we use have priority treatment. Royal Mail’s target
times are often met but on occasion there are delays with customs and
postal authorities and you should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
To the UK, delivery is normally the next working day after your order
is processed.
All Airsure mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad, making
it up to one day faster than Royal Mail’s target Airmail delivery
time of three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and
five days for the rest of the world once your order is processed.
For International Signed For Airmail delivery items, Royal Mail’s
target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working
days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world
once your order is processed.
How will my items be packaged?
All items are shipped in a protective plastic wallet or covering, wrapped
in bubblewrap and inserted into a padded envelope. Larger consignments
will be shipped in rigid cardboard boxes with appropriate padding materials.
Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or customs charges
that your national and local authorities may levy.
